Prior to commencing work, we make a full inspection of your site and produce a comprehensive Property Site Report. The report will:

• Assess any repairs and maintenance issues which need immediate attention
  
• Make recommendations for recurring maintenance issues such as redecoration
  
• Identify areas such as cleaning and gardening which will be required on a regular basis
  
• Report on the condition of the various communal areas
  
• Confirm a meter reading (if appropriate)
  
• Note any breaches of the lease agreement
  
• Note the registration numbers of any abandoned vehicles
  
• Note any unauthorised estate agents' boards
  
• Assess the general condition of the building and surrounding area
  

This approach gives both parties a benchmark against which to evaluate our service and your requirements.

The health and safety of our clients and our staff are of the utmost importance to us. As a result, we ensure that all Pillars Property staff:

• Are trained to COSHH
  
• Are fully comprehensively insured
  
• Have PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  
• Regularly check and maintain all equipment
  
• Comply with all existing and new Health & Safety regulations
  

As a matter of course, our staff work in conjunction with BICS recommendations, undertaking a weekly quality audit. All our staff wear uniforms and carry company ID cards at all times.
